Prices include VAT. The final price is confirmed before the visit based on size, fabric and condition.
The minimum amount per home visit is €69 (VAT included). If the services you choose add up to less, the minimum applies.

How we clean your mattress
Check
We check the label, fabric and mattress type (springs, foam, latex).
Thorough vacuuming
We vacuum the surface, sides and seams.
Stain treatment
We pre-treat visible stains with products suited to the fabric.
Controlled extraction
Where the cover allows it, we use low-moisture extraction so the filling doesn't get soaked.
Drying
We explain how to ventilate so the mattress dries properly before you make the bed.
Limitations to be aware of
- Old sweat or urine stains may fade without always disappearing completely.
- We clean the surface and cover, not the inside of the filling.
- This isn't a medical or anti-allergy treatment: we don't promise to remove dust mites, bacteria or viruses.
- Some mattresses (for example, memory foam without a cover) need very little moisture or are unsuitable.
Estimated time
As a guide, 45 to 90 minutes per mattress depending on size, sides and condition. This is an estimate, not a commitment.
Drying
The mattress needs several hours of airing before you make the bed again. Exact time depends on humidity, temperature and how well the room is ventilated.

Do you clean both sides?
If the mattress can be turned, yes — mention it in your message so we can adjust the price.
Does it remove dust mites?
Vacuuming and deep cleaning reduce surface dust, but we don't promise to remove dust mites or treat allergies.
Can I sleep on it the same night?
It depends on drying. Often yes, if the room is well ventilated during the day, but we can't guarantee it.
