Privacy policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how we handle personal data related to this website, to the conversations you start with us on WhatsApp and to providing the service.

1. What data we process

This website has no forms and doesn't ask for your name, email or phone number.

If you message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you share in the conversation: phone number, profile name, message content, any photos you send and your postcode.

If you book the service, we also process the address of the visit and the data needed to issue the invoice.

If you accept analytics or marketing cookies, browsing data will be processed as explained in the cookie policy.

2. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your enquiries, sending quotes, managing your booking and providing the service: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Invoicing and accounting and tax obligations: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Sending you offers or maintenance reminders, only if you agree: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics and advertising measurement through cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. WhatsApp

WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group). When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Please don't send sensitive data.

4. Retention

If you don't book, we keep the conversation for no more than 12 months after the last contact. If you book, we keep the service data and invoices for the periods required by tax and commercial law. You can ask us to delete earlier any data we aren't required to keep.

5. Recipients and transfers

We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use providers who may process data on our behalf (web hosting, WhatsApp/Meta, our accountants and, with your consent, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising). Some may involve international transfers covered by the safeguards provided in the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by messaging us on WhatsApp. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
