It depends on each fabric. We check the label and do a patch test. Some fabrics can't take water or hot-water extraction, in which case we don't clean them that way.

We can't guarantee it. Some stains (dyes, bleach, burns or very old stains) may be permanent.

It depends on size and how dirty it is. As a guide, a 3-seater can take 1 to 2 hours — not a binding commitment.

It depends on the material, humidity and ventilation. It can take several hours.

We use professional products designed for upholstery and follow their instructions. Even so, we recommend keeping children and pets off the furniture until it's dry and the room has been aired.
