Prices include VAT. The final price is confirmed before the visit based on size, fabric and condition.
The minimum amount per home visit is €69 (VAT included). If the services you choose add up to less, the minimum applies.

- Fabric type and whether it can be cleaned with water
- Loose cushions, covers or mixed fabrics on the same sofa
- How dirty it is, and stains needing extra treatment
- Access to your home (no lift, difficult parking)
How we clean your sofa
Fabric check
We read the care label, identify the fabric and check its condition.
Patch test
We test the product in a hidden spot to avoid colour run or marks.
Thorough vacuuming
We remove dust, crumbs and hair from the surface, seams and gaps.
Stain pre-treatment
We apply a treatment suited to each stain and the fabric.
Hot-water extraction
Where the fabric allows it, we inject cleaning solution and extract it with the machine, with extra extraction passes.
Finish and drying
We groom the fabric and give you advice for proper drying.
Limitations to be aware of
- Not every fabric can be cleaned with water: some only allow dry cleaning or can't be treated at all.
- Old stains, dye, bleach marks or burns may be permanent.
- We don't clean leather sofas.
- Cleaning improves how the fabric looks and feels, but it isn't disinfection or a sanitising treatment.
Estimated time
As a guide, a 3-seater sofa usually takes 1 to 2 hours depending on size, fabric and how dirty it is. This is an estimate, not a commitment.
Drying
Drying time depends on the fabric, humidity and ventilation, and can be several hours. Ventilate the room well and don't use the sofa until it's dry to the touch.

Frequently asked questions
Can you clean any sofa?
No. We check the label and fabric before starting. If a fabric isn't suitable for water-based cleaning, we'll tell you and won't clean it that way.
Will every stain come out?
We can't guarantee it. Many stains improve a lot or disappear, but some (dyes, bleach, very old stains) may be permanent.
Should I remove the covers?
If the label says the covers are machine-washable, it's often better to wash them at home. Otherwise we clean them in place, after checking the fabric.
Can I add a mattress or armchairs?
Yes — mention it in your WhatsApp message. Bundles work out cheaper than booking each service separately.
